Objective

Boost your business with the Growth Accelerator.

Specially designed for small businesses, this programme takes on the specific challenges of business development and structuring that an organisation can encounter while providing suitable solutions to speed up their development and transformation.

This 12-month course is composed of three main actions :

The three-day initial assessment for the company as well as 10 days of additional consulting assignments
The five-day training course (face-to-face and e-learning)
Leadership and networking of the community of member companies

Growth Accelerator offers intensive support solutions to promote your development with sound advice, practical tools and operational skills for achieving your goals.

Beneficiaries

If you are (cumulative criteria) :

A company located in the Hauts-de-France region or more specifically in the Lille metropolitan area;

Evidence showing at least three financial years of activity,
With an annual turnover of between €2m and €8m;
A workforce of more than 10 employees preferably;
A motivated leader who participates in decisions on strategy and investment;
An independent company or a subsidiary of an independent group that has SME status according to the European definition of an SME. This actually means that subsidiaries of non-SME groups, in the community sense, are not eligible for the programme (including medium-sized and large enterprises).
