Call for projects – Doing business differently (SSE)

Grow the social and solidarity economy (SSE) by supporting projects that prioritise the needs and well-being of individuals, while also taking into account social and environmental issues. 

This innovative approach creates jobs which cannot be relocated, improves the daily lives of ordinary people and builds up the economic framework. 

This call for projects grants financial support of up to €30,000 per project. 
Be part of the change and contribute to a more responsible and united future with the SSE and MEL. 

• -SSE organisations within the meaning of the 2014 law: associations, cooperatives (SCIC, SCOP, etc.), mutual insurance companies, unions, foundations
• - Work integration social enterprises (WISE) that put forward a project that is part of the social and solidarity economy 
• - Business firms that adhere to and practise SSE principles, subject to including the SSE principles in the articles of association as well as the KBIS certificate of company registration. Organisations that are more than two years old require the ESUS approval.

1ʳᵉ étape : prenez contact en amont avec la MEL via essmel@lillemetropole.fr pour un premier échange sur la nature de votre projet et son avancement. Cet échange permettra de vérifier si votre dossier est bien éligible à l’appel à projets avant tout dépôt de dossier.

2e étape : pour formuler votre demande, le dépôt de votre dossier de candidature avec toutes les pièces demandées, devra être réalisé à l’adresse suivante : essmel@lillemetropole.fr.

En vue des prochaines rencontres des comités de sélections, les structures peuvent candidater jusqu'au 31 juillet 2025 au soir, pour solliciter un soutien en 2026.

• La structure doit avoir été créée au moment du dépôt de candidature.

• La structure qui candidate est celle qui porte les emplois existants et ceux à venir.

• Seuls les dossiers complets de candidatures seront instruits. Pensez donc à bien collecter toutes les pièces demandées avant envoi de votre candidature.

• Le dispositif vient soutenir des structures développant déjà une activité marchande et dégageant une part de ressources propres (autofinancement). Les projets dépendant intégralement de subventions ne sont pas éligibles.
