Objective
Has your business been denied a bank loan? Has a credit insurer downgraded your rating? Or is your business simply facing financing difficulties?
The Banque de France invites you to contact the Credit Mediation Service to help you identify and resolve these issues. The Credit Mediation process consists of five steps:
- Step 1: Submit your application online
- Step 2: Admission to mediation within 48 hours of submitting your application
- Step 3: Your bank has five days to reconsider its position
- Step 4: The mediator intervenes to resolve the sticking points
- Step 5: The mediator proposes a solution to both parties
