CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team)
Have you been the victim of a cyberattack and would like some assistance?
Objective
The CSIRT is a cyber incident response center serving organizations based in the region.
If you are the victim of a cyberattack, contact the CSIRT!
Remember the first steps to take in the event of a cyberattack:
- Isolate: Identify the devices affected by the attack and separate them from the network by disabling Wi-Fi and/or disconnecting the Ethernet cables from the affected devices
- Report: contact the CSIRT or fill out the CSIRT form if they cannot be reached by phone, then alert your IT support, the CNIL in the event of a personal data breach, and the authorities
- Mitigate: implement backup solutions to ensure the services essential to your operations, assemble a crisis management team, and alert your bank
Beneficiaries
If you are:
- An SME
- A mid-sized company
- A local government
