Objectives
Business leaders, don’t wait until problems arise to seek guidance on your business’s financial situation.
This program is designed to provide you with free support in identifying the causes of your company’s declining profitability. This support is provided by former senior business executives or former judges.
To help you revitalize your business, GPA offers:
- Initial contact: whether you are a retailer, artisan, manufacturer, self-employed individual, or independent professional
- A consultation committee: an assessment is conducted to match you with the right volunteer mentor
Support: the volunteer mentor will work with you over several weeks or months to help you analyze your situation, take the necessary steps, and develop an action plan
The sooner you act, the more effective the action plan developed in collaboration with the experts will be!
