Objective
To speed up your renovation and extension projects aimed at boosting energy and environmental performance, MEL can support investments in productive buildings.
The amount of aid (capped at 40% of the eligible expenses) may be between €10,000 and €200,000 maximum, subject to the vote of metropolitan elected officials after the examination of a complete file.
This aid is part of MEL's sustainable transition process which allows you to initiate or deepen your transition towards a more sustainable model.
Bénéficiaries
You are:
- Owner-occupiers
- Landlords
- Tenants in a private park
This aid is for companies with a workforce of between five and 249 employees, in the production, processing or assembly sectors, as well as services dedicated to industries and/or productive activities.
