Individual support: Sustainable Building support 

To help you accelerate your renovation and expansion projects with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental performance, the MEL supports investments in industrial production facilities.

The amount of the grant (capped at 40% of eligible expenses) may range from 10,000 to a maximum of 200,000 euros, subject to approval by metropolitan elected officials following review of a complete application.

This grant is part of the MEL’s sustainable transition initiative, which helps you begin or advance your transition toward a more sustainable model.

You are:

• Homeowners who live in their homes
• Landlords
• Tenants in the private housing sector

This assistance is intended for companies with between 5 and 249 employees in the manufacturing, processing, or assembly sectors, as well as services dedicated to industries and/or productive activities.
