Bénéficiaries
Micro-enterprises and SMEs established in the MEL region that meet the following criteria :
- One employee (not including the director) up to 50 employees
- Company that has been operating for at least three years
- Transferors whose transfer plans are clear (retirement, change of direction, personal reasons, etc.)
- Companies that can demonstrate growth prospects

- Financial service activities, excluding insurance and pension funds
